It’s Feb! whatcha gonna do this month?
There are so many celebrations for this month. My Anniversary, My Valentine, My Chinese New Year and My Vacation in Malaysia.

Yesterday night, I was working as a cashier at Gabba Stadium for the cricket match.
I kind of love to work at the Gabba Stadium because it’s only a 3 hours shift. Well, it is a good pay too.
I was stocking all the ice-creams into the ice cooler machine and I heard a child said ” keep the change” to a cashier who’s giving back the change to him. I guess he is year 3 oh wait maybe year 4 or 5. I look at him and he was so happy that saying the sentence “keep the change” and give me a smile too.
I think the father taught him well.. “Keep the change”. Too bad this only happen in Australia not in Malaysia. haha!!

It was my first shot with my new camera Canon Ixus 980Is at the EKKA in August. It was one evening, I was there alone after I finished work. Wandering around with my new camera and don’t know where to start, what to shot and how to use the manual mode. All of sudden, I was standing where I took this picture and adjusting the right mode to do the shot. 1.2.3 testing! SNAP~ This is just a random shot from my first click.

It is 2.10 in the afternoon and I just woke up from my bed. Yesterday night was a good night at Reiji though not planning to turn up because I was working. All of sudden before 12 mid night my friendly boss told me to sign off after a four shift at 1am. Rang my baby boy and told him that I am going to Reiji and I need all my make up things. haha!! It was really a last minute plan but I think it’s worth it.
There was a couple were having sex at the podium told by my friend who rushed to the scene and saw the guard took them off from the club. Next, I saw a lesbian couple were making out in the club like none of your business when you looked at them. haha!! the night was really a good night to everyone. Kissing in the club isn’t a big problem but please pick the right one to kiss with. Also never ever kiss around with your own friends if they aren’t your partner.
Alright! that’s all for the weekend… Have a good weekend!!!

Blue Monday. Boring Monday. Nasty Monday. It’s Monday again!
Take five minutes break to read my post. Hope my post will entertain you well when you are relaxing. Let’s talk about the Best Nasi Lemak in Australia.
Do you ever crave for Nasi Lemak when you are in Australia? I believe Malaysian misses Malaysia food as much as I do. For example, the taste of Malaysia food we ate in Australia is never same as in Malaysia. In UQ, we have a Malaysia club and sometime they do sell Nasi Lemak on the weekday during the semester. Apparently, I bought once and I heard the Nasi Lemak is a good selling in university. You have to buy it as soon as it opened because the Nasi Lemak finish in 30 minutes and you missed it. I tried Nasi Lemak in some places and the decoration is so-call-look-the-same but the taste is yuck! In Brisbane, I think MSA club still has the best Nasi Lemak in Australia.
However, I been to Canberra last month and I discovered the best Nasi Lemak in Australia. Can you believe it? The same taste and the exact look of Nasi Lemak like you are eating in Malaysia. Oh gosh!!! wanna know where is it? If you are planning to go to High Immigration of Malaysia, please remember buy AUS $5 Nasi Lemak from there. Also, please “bungkus satu” for me! Thanks!!

Yeah, back to school this week. Some of the students were really back to classes and some were still in a holiday mood. I had a hectic weekend for the past two weeks. I was at Baby Face on the last event but I found that the event wasn’t as many clubbers and chicks as the previous they had in August. The club was quite empty and it is not full house. I was astonished because the church is always full house when it comes to REIJI night. I guess Baby Face didn’t really advertise the event. I really love the songs they played in Baby Face night because those songs really refresh my memories back to four years when I first time went to Maison.
Alright, God Kitchen Boom Box Melbourne Tour is tomorrow. Are you ready and flying down to Melbourne for this event on this weekend? I was expecting to attend this event when they released the ticket in Melbourne early August if I am not mistaken. Too bad, I didn’t buy the ticket in time and it was a really fast sold out ticket in Melbourne compared with the God Kitchen Brisbane Tour at the MET night club last weekend. Well, if not, you definitely will be seeing me there enjoying the music and shuffling around. Why can’t Brisbane organize a rave party starts in the night and ends in the next morning. It wasn’t a good idea to go to a rave party in the day when it is a summer season. HOT!!
Family is having a REMIXED for the summer this month on every Friday night. The best DJs to Queensland number 1 night club voted by the people. Check out the DJs at the main room and enjoy the music if you are an electro lover.

Sorry for my absent! I haven’t been blogging for the past two weeks. I was sick after I contributed a post to www.brisbanestudentguide.com then it was my birthday around the corner, I had a self declare holiday before the mid break begin. To be honest, it was really hectic for the past two weeks. I was away because of playing mahjong at friend’s house, heaps of house parties to attend, a few of spontaneous day or night trip to Gold Coast, had drinking session from night to morning, went to Asia night parties for Klub Kandy and Baby Face and last but not least I am still not fully recover from my illness. Damn! Purple flower is withering soon which mean no more procrastinating from my studies.

We had a spontaneous plan on last Wednesday morning to Dim Sum at Sunny Bank Plaza. It has been a long time I didn’t have Dim Sum since I was back. I brought my baby boy and my friend to this Dim Sum place called Landmark Restaurant, just opposite of the AMC (cinema). In Malaysia, you might have to wake up early to go to Dim Sum and get a nice sport. However, you don’t have to wake up early in Brisbane for Dim Sum because most of the Dim Sum open at between 1030 am and 1100 am. Remember you have to be there before noon because you might have to line up for Dim Sum if you go too late. It’s a bit unusual for me to said Dim Sum as Yum Cha here. I always mess up with the words.
We reached about 11-ish. The waitress brought us to the table and we realized there were so many granny and grandpa around us. I was thinking these people must be wondering how we waked up so early for Yum Cha. The choices of Dim Sum quite limit thought they have our favorite Dim Sum. The fresh Dim Sum was served when we reached. Each of us picked difference choices therefore we can share to eat. A pork rib in black bean sauce is one of my favorite Dim Sum and it is taste great. It’s exactly the same taste I had in Malaysia. I can’t really name all the Dim Sum, it is quite a long list. Generally, the Dim Sum is good I won’t rate it as the best because I haven’t tried the other Dim Sum in Sunny Bank.

Wanna eat cupcake but too lazy to bake it? Wanna to have a different birthday cake? Wanna surprise your girlfriend?
No worries, there are many cupcakes stores at Brisbane. The Cupcake Parlour is one of the cupcake store I know. I saw it last time at the EKKA festival but didn’t buy it because all cupcakes were sold out before the end of the day. I bought it yesterday afternoon at West End after my uni. If you are coming from South Bank, turn to the right and then walk about 3 minutes from the traffic light, you will be able to see it because it’s so outstanding among the shops there. It’s totally pinkish color at the corner shop.
For your information, you can see there are four cupcakes with vanilla and chocolate flavour base. On the front row is vanilla base from left to right ( Rock n Roll, Strawberry Sundae). Back row is chocolate base from left to right ( Cookies n Cream, Zee Malteaser). They also place some tables and and chairs outside of the shop for your and your friends to have a little chat. I personally think it’s a chilling place, though the place is a little small. Sorry don’t have much pics about the shop because I was in a rush.
Check it out yourself and tell me more about other flavours you had before.
